After years in private practice in Texas, I am now booking clients both in-person and online in Liberty Lake. I am looking forward to helping you reach your personal goals and overcome life's challenges. While counseling is not a cure for all of life's problems, the tools and insight gained through this process can help you carry your load in a productive way. I have worked with adults, adolescents and children in both the hospital and school settings. Some areas of my expertise are relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. I am an EMDR and trauma informed therapist and work with clients to shift the narratives that can hold them back from their potential.

My personal counseling style is straightforward and compassionate. I believe that we all have potential and purpose in our lives. I use a client centered approach and will work alongside you to personalize your therapy and support you as you transform your life.

I would be happy to hear from you to discuss your needs and help you towards healing. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in WA, ID and TX. This means that I have completed the necessary coursework and have passed the LCSW National Board Exam. I have received both my Bachelors and Masters degrees from Texas State University in the field of Social Work.
